I am a seasoned Data Scientist based in San Francisco, with over 7 years of industry experience. Currently, I am part of the Insights and Engagement team for User Research and Design in IBM Software. As the sole Data Scientist in the organization, I support 100+ user researchers and designers and use data to understand user struggles and opportunities to enhance product experiences.

I earned my Masters in Computer Science at the University of Pennsylvania. As a hobbyist public speaker, I have delivered 50+ talks and workshops across 10+ countries to over 2000 individuals. I am extremely passionate about empowering people with technology. I am actively involved with STEM organizations and have earned awards for my community work and advocacy. I have been recognized by the Python Software Foundation as a Fellow for my extraordinary efforts and impact upon Python.
